
Exercising in pregnancy is important for lots of great reasons. It also offers the chance to meet up and get to know other pregnant mums, it’s fun seeing everyone else’s bump and helps you to fell more normal (rather than the fat one in the office!), and everyone is usually very friendly as you are all in the same boat and happy to talk aches and pains.

But activity can relax you, it can help your body recover after childbirth, keep you fit or improve your fitness, and make you feel better and more energetic. Post-natal exercise will help strengthen vital muscles and improve your shape. Meet other new mums to share your similar experiences with them, giving and receiving helpful hints and tips, because Happy healthy mums, makes happy babies.
