WellBells training offers weight training with a full body approach, as many parts of the body are exercised simultaneously. In addition Wellbells training elevates the heart rate for effective cardiovascular workout.
These workouts are 45 minutes and help to improve your strength and fitness. See class schedule for day's and times of the classes
The class is for all fitness levels and takes place at WellFIt Therapy, Tonedale, Wellington.
Safety and proper form is our number one concern so we will fully instruct you through the 45 minutes session.
